中国生猪出栏量约为7亿头,平均每人每年吃掉了半头猪。然而,生猪个体数据却长期空缺。睿畜科技通过传感器、物联网和计算机视觉技术,建立了一整套生猪个体数据采集系统。睿畜科技全天候自动收集生猪的核心体温、身份档案、行走步数、采食行为、体型体重等数据。睿畜科技建立的生猪大数据平台,填补了畜牧发展的空白。

睿畜科技将建立最优养殖模型,为新一代养殖树立标杆。基于生猪大数据,通过借助人工智能和大数据算法,睿畜科技可以自动分析生猪健康状况,观察预测排卵期,解决一线工人长期面对的技术痛点,提供养殖指导方案。基于数据的深度分析决策,可以大大提高养殖的智能化和标准化程度。睿畜科技以“智能大脑”代替人,密切关注养殖状态,自动统计生猪存栏数量,追踪生猪体型、体重和行为变化,最终用更少的人和更少的料,养出更好的猪。

从养殖环节的最优养殖模型出发,还可以优化下游的流通销售环节。睿畜科技的数据追溯可以覆盖到检验检疫、屠宰分割和无害化处理环节。消费者可以通过大数据平台,调阅每一块猪肉的全程信息。如果关心食品安全,你能看到猪全程的体温变化和疫病情况。如果关心肉质,你能看到养殖时间、饲料种类、肉质成分。在数据的监控下,优质猪肉将获得数据认证,更容易地来到消费者的餐桌。

Innovation and Value

In SmartAHC, we are determined to safeguard the interest of every pig, every pig farmer and every piece of pork that comes into our mouth using our cutting edge technology.

China produces around 700 million pigs every year and each person eats half a pig annually on average. However, the information of the pigs from birth to death is literally vacuum. As a result, SmartAHC has established a whole set of individual pig data acquisition system by using sensor, Internet-of-Thing (IoT) and computer vision technology. The system captures the core body temperature, identity profile, step count, eating behavior, body shape, weight and other data of the pig 24/7. All these data, when consolidated, will form the big data platform of the pigs and fill the information gap required to spur the growth of the industry.

SmartAHC’s goal is to construct optimal farming models and make them a benchmark in the industry. By utilizing large database, Artificial Intelligent technology and big data algorithm developed along the years, SmartAHC can now monitor the health and predict the ovulation period of the pig, automatically and remotely. This has helped to solve the long-term technical problems faced by the farm hands as well as providing them a farming guideline. In addition, the in-depth analysis will also enable farmers to make information-based decision and improve the degree of intellectualization and standardization of their farm. SmartAHC uses “Smart Mind” to replace conventional workforce. The “Smart Mind” provides seamless attention on all farming aspects, from breeding, inventory counting, growth monitoring, to behavioural changes. All these are done with the aim to minimize the workforce and feed required while raising a better pig.

Furthermore, the optimal farming model can also help to improve the efficiency of pork circulation along the downstream value-chain. The tracking data provided by SmartAHC can be used to cover multiple segments including epidemic inspection, quarantine, slaughtering and cremation of death pig. This will enable the consumer to retrieve relevant information about a piece of pork from the big data platform. For consumer concerning about the food safety, the core body temperature profile and health record can be obtained anytime. For consumer concerning about the quality of the meat, the farming record, variety of feed consumed and the meat composition will be made available anytime. Under the scrutiny of data monitoring, the consumers get to enjoy the fineness pork product with greater assurance and ease. SmartAHC appreciates the value of farming industry to the society and is determined to assist the industry to further magnify this value. SmartAHC will use the “Internet-of-Pig” to create a more efficient, healthy, and safety farming industry.

SmartAHC was incubated by Nanyang Technological University. It has attracted a batch of leading investors, including Smart World Group Incubator, National Research Foundation of Singapore, Greenmeadows accelerator, Singapore Spring, and private investor Mr. Koh Boon Hwee. Its Chinese subsidiary has received investment from Hong Tai Foundation and Hong Pu Foundation.
